Introduction

Welcome to the site of Chelsea Manning for U.S. Senate ("Committee," "the Committee," "we," "our" or "us"). We strongly believe in protecting the privacy and anonymity of our visitors.

We aim to be fully transparent with users about our data practices and their privacy implications. If you have any questions about our Policy, please contact us.

This Privacy Policy ("Policy," "the Policy") officially governs our information practices and procedures whenever you visit use our Services (defined below) in any way.

Also, the amount of time it will take to complete your request may vary based on the complexity of your request, and we may need to continue sharing your information in some instances.

    Children

    Our Services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information as defined by the U.S. Children’s Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") in a manner that is not permitted by COPPA.

    Data Security

    We employ the possible practices designed to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, even from unauthorized disclosure to the U.S. government.

    However, despite our best efforts, no physical or electronic security system is absolutely impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of our servers or databases, nor can we guarantee that information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted over the internet.

    Transfer of Information

    Our databases are located partially within the United States, and primarily in Iceland.

    If you access our Services from outside the United States, you consent to transfer, processing, and storage of that data in the United States and Iceland.

    Changes to the Policy

    We reserve the right to revise or reissue our Policy at any time.
